The 1184 Standard Gauge Villa, like all Lionel houses, is substantially constructed and finished in a variety of durable enamels. They are also wonderfully proportioned that they have the appearance of real houses in miniature. The die cast and embossing work, the inserted windows, the chimneystacks, roof and entrances make them stand far above any similar toy ever produced.
