Green & Red 200 Series Std. Gauge Operating Crane Car

An entirely new 200 Series car debuts in 2005 with the release of the 200 Series Operating Crane Car. Unlike the regular 200 Series Crane Car, the operating version features a long-lasting powertrain that rotates the crane body, lowers and raises the boom and controls the boom winch so that you can actually use the crane to transfer loads from your other standard gauge freight cars.

Decorated in several brightly colored schemes, each car is constructed from heavy stamped metal bodies and chassis and contains brightly plated metal details and opening doors. Built-in switches in the car body control all the action making this all-new Tinplate Traditions car a must-have for any standard gauge collector or operator.
