Each ScaleTrax™ track section features two solid extruded authentically profiled rails and one inconspicuous solid extruded center rail - all affixed to accurately sized and spaced track ties. No longer will your consists ride too high off the ground. Each section also includes end-of-rail electrical connectors that are pre-welded to the underside of each section which makes connecting each section a snap. The solid extruded rails can withstand years of use and will never rust ensuring a lifetime of use.
ScaleTrax™ switches are even more impressive thanks to the high-quality switch motors found in our wide selection of turnout options. Unlike conventional scale looking track systems, ScaleTrax™ switches utilize a modular switch motor design than easily plugs into either side of the switch for incredible flexibility in layout construction.
