The 0-4-0 No. 10 (with its e-unit reversing counterpart No. 10E) was the second smallest electric engine made in the heyday of tinplate. The No. 10 was based loosely on the Milwaukee Road EP-2 Electric ("Olympian") engine, which had become famous nationwide when it easily won a tug-of-war against two big steam engines, a 2-6-6-2 and a 2-8-0. M.T.H.'s Tinplate Traditions line began offering ready-to-run train sets in 2002 and they were an instant hit.
